SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

In my role as Garmentier’s Marketing Coordinator, I developed a comprehensive social media strategy spanning Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook. This involved extensive research of current trends and understanding the company’s three distinct target audiences. From there, I designed four key content pillars (entertain, educate, engage, and promote) to establish a content mix ideal for our company’s goals.

As a result of this targeted, strategic approach, we saw impressive growth across all platforms. Notably, @garmentier.co gained 7K followers on Instagram within just 12 months while maintaining a consistent engagement rate of 1.2%.

Garmentier is a digital platform solution for personal stylists, custom clothiers, and many more. It is a one-stop shop for business tools and analytics, professional invoicing, digital wardrobing, client management, affiliate shopping, and custom clothing.

As the Social Media Manager at C|Louise PR + Marketing from December 2021 to January 2023, I managed the content calendars for C|Louise’s clients across the beauty, retail, and hospitality industries. From copywriting, creating engaging graphics, imagery, and video content, to consistently responding to comments and DMs, I utilized data-driven insights and trend research to increase account reach, followers, and interactions and ultimately achieve our clients’ goals.
